The short version
- No fake emergencies. Ever. This is the fastest way to lose your account.
- Be accurate. Report what you see, where you see it. Confirm incidents only if you can actually see them.
- Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, or abuse in comments — people use this platform on their worst days.
- Respect privacy. Don't post other people's personal information, photos of identifiable victims, or restricted operational details.
- No spam. No advertising, repeated identical reports, or off-topic content.
- Follow local law.
How it's enforced
Anyone can report abusive content (Spam, False information, Harassment, Offensive, Duplicate, Wrong category, Fake emergency). Moderators review flagged content and apply progressive sanctions. Verified responders and high-reputation members carry visible badges so you know who you're talking to.
