What joining means
You are paged only in hours you keep on, only within the distance you set, and only for needs that match what you said you can do.
Nobody is graded. Saying “I can't” is a useful answer — it tells us to look further out.
You are shown to others only as an anonymous count unless you choose wider. Verifying your ID and adding a CV are optional: they earn a Verified and a Qualified badge that agencies can see.
Every callout you answer counts towards your community score.
